Avenue C (original)

Avenue C is dedicated to the time that I spent living on the corner of 9th St and Avenue C in New York City. If you've lived in NYC or spent time there, you know that just about anything can happen on a given day! One morning, I just woke up to the sounds of latin percussion like congas and cowbells coming through my window and I was truly wondering whether they were real or a recording. When I got down my walkup and stepped outside, I saw that a full blown latin street fair had set up right on my block! As a tribute to that moment, Avenue C has a latin street fair energy with a sort of a Coltrane tinged bridge.
